CommentSold’s new, easy-to-use Insights dashboard empowers you with confidence to make data-driven decisions that increase profitability and grow your business!
The Mobile App Insights dashboard helps you hone in on mobile app viewership and performance data for your live sales and live sale replays, and purchasing behavior for those viewers.
With your Mobile App Insights data sets, you can identify which shoppers are tuning into your live sales or watching live sales, which are making purchases during those viewings, and strategically target those viewers who are not. Additionally, you can view a breakdown of unique viewers and unique purchasers by live sale and live sale replay, and the conversion attributed to those viewings.
Mobile App Insights Data Sets
There are five sets of data on your Mobile App Insights tab: Mobile App Viewer Conversion, At Risk and Lost Customers, Active Viewers Without Purchases, Live Sale Viewers, and Live Replay Viewers.
Data Set | Information Displayed | How You Can Use It |
Mobile App Viewer Conversion |
Displays a breakdown of viewer stats and conversion for live sales and their replay. Note: If a customer watches a live sale and carts an item, then the purchase is attributed to the “Live” section. If they watch a replay and cart an item, then the purchase is attributed in the “Live Replay” section. |
Identify conversion trends. Sort the table to view your top converting live sales (and replays). Once you’ve isolated the sales, take a moment to review the sale(s)--what type of products did you feature? Was there a promotion? Identify any trends you can replicate in future sales. |
At Risk and Lost Customer Viewing Live Sale in the Last 30 Days |
Displays a list of “At Risk” and “Lost Star” customers who have viewed a live sale in the last 30 days, but have not made a purchase in that time. Note: “At Risk” stars are shoppers whose spending ranks in the top 10% in the last 180 days but have not purchased in the last 30 days. “Lost Stars” stars are shoppers whose spending ranks in the top 10% in the last 180 days but have not purchased in the last 60 days. |
Targeted email campaigns. Reach out to those customers watching your live sales (or live sale replays) and offer an incentive or VIP mobile-only promo to encourage a purchase. You can link them to an unlisted page you’ve published on your app where they can shop a curated collection or new products. |
Active Viewers Without Purchases in the Last 14 Days | Displays a list of viewers who have watched 3 or more live sales and/or live replays in the past 14 days but have not made a purchase in that time. | Targeted email campaigns. Reach out to customers you know are watching your live sales (or live sale replays) and offer an incentive to encourage a purchase. |
Live Sale Viewers |
Displays a list of customers who viewed the filtered live sale, and shows if they made a purchase. If you haven’t selected a filter, then the list displays those customers who have made a purchase during a live sale since 8/1/23. |
Reach out to purchasers and non-purchasers. For those customers who’ve made a purchase, send a thank you note! This is especially impactful if it was an important live sale, like a major promotion, product drops, or new hosts. For those who didn’t make a purchase, consider sending them a link to an unlisted collection where they can shop the products you featured in the sale. Offer a mobile-only promo code for that purchase of your next live sale if it makes sense for your business. |
Live Replay Viewers |
Displays a list of customers who made a purchase during the filtered live sale’s replay. If you haven’t selected a filter, then the list displays those customers who have made a purchase during a live sale since 8/1/23. |
Hype up live sales. You can reach out to purchasers and non-purchasers separately, thanking them for their purchase or offering a promo for a purchase (if it makes sense for your business), but use this opportunity to hype the fun of your live shows. Let viewers know your live show schedule and what you get up to during the live–giveaways, games, live interactions, etc., and invite them to join you. |
