Enhance Engagement and Drive Growth with Advanced Customer Segmentation Insights

The Customer Segmentation dashboard helps identify different groups of customers based on how they shop and interact with your store. This report makes it easier to understand which segment your customers fall into, so you can send them targeted messages and offers that appeal to a specific segment vs. a one-size-fits-all marketing message for all your customers.

With detailed Customer Segmentation at your fingertips, you'll be equipped to make data-driven decisions that enhance customer loyalty and drive sustainable growth.

Customer Segmentation Categories

All customers who have made at least one purchase in the last 180 days are segmented into the categories below. The order of these categories reflects the sequence in which customers are assigned to a category (for example, if a customer is both a TikTok Tina and a Ballin’ Barbara, they will be categorized as a TikTok Tina). Customer segments are refreshed daily.

Category Definition
1. TikTok Tina Customers who have placed at least one order through TikTok in the last 180 days.
2. Lurking Lisa

Customers who haven’t made a purchase in the last 30-60 days but have actively watched at least three live sales on the Mobile App during this period. Lurking Lisas remain engaged with your shop but may require a nudge to convert interest into action.
3. MIA Maggie

Customers who haven’t placed any orders and have not watched any live sales in the last 30-60 days. MIA Maggies may have previously been active but have recently dropped off, representing an opportunity for re-engagement.
4. Ballin' Barbara Top 10% of spenders. Ballin' Barbaras are your most high-value customers, driving significant revenue and deserving of special focus.
5. Dependable Debbie Customers who have placed orders in EACH of the last six months. Dependable Debbies may not be your top spenders but represent a loyal and consistent customer segment, forming the foundation of your repeat customer base.
6. Single Channel Sally Customers who have made purchases exclusively through one channel—whether it’s via the app, during live sales, or other platforms—but not across multiple channels. Single Channel Sallies are comfortable with a specific shopping experience or may not even know about other sales channels. Introduce them to new channels!
7. One-Hit Holly Customers who have made their first and only purchase within the last 90 days. One-Hit Holly is a new buyer, showing potential for future engagement if nurtured properly.
8. Other Customers who do not fit into any of the above categories. These buyers may exhibit various behaviors, offering a diverse group that could be further segmented based on emerging patterns.

Additional Category: Mobile App Viewers

Watching Wandas Customers who have watched a live sale on the Mobile App but have NOT made a purchase in the last 180 days.
