CommentSold offers a 15-day free trial that allows shops to explore our product features and begin social and live selling without risk. A free trial is available for the Starter Plan, and during a trial, shops have access to all features available on that plan.
When using CommentSold, we recommend Google Chrome as your web browser (over Safari, Firefox, or Edge) as Chrome offers a more user-friendly and optimized experience.
Note: Monthly subscription fees are waived during the trial period, however, shops will still be charged a commission for sales generated through CommentSold.
Recommended Setup
To make the most of your trial, we recommend following these steps for your initial setup:

| 6 | Set up sales taxes. | We've partnered with Avalara, which automatically calculates sales tax for orders from all 50 states. Set up your account to start accurately applying sales taxes to orders. |
| 7 | Connect your Instagram account. | Once you've connected your Instagram, you can create shoppable posts and stories. |
| 8 | Create auto-replies for Facebook and Instagram. | Auto-replies let you respond to shoppers who reach out via Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and more. You can use auto-replies to direct these people to your support email or preferred communication method. |
| 9 | Enable email marketing automations. | Start reaching out to new shoppers, first-time purchasers, and shoppers who've left a cart behind with these easy automations. It's a great way to build trust and rapport while also driving sales. |
