About Webstore Content

When it comes to the web, content is the information (e.g., text, video, image, and/or audio) shared on a website. For shops, webstore content is the information displayed on their webstore. This can include product collections, informational pages, live sale replays, and more.

Managing webstore content allows shops to make strategic decisions in how they create and organize their product collections as well as what additional pages (e.g., About Us, Shipping Policy, FAQs) they create and publish on their webstore.

Once a shop creates product collections and pages, the shop can choose how to organize these items when designing their webstore.

How Webstore Content Benefits Your Shop

  • Provide shoppers with a centralized place to shop your products, read about your team, and learn about your policies, sizing information, and more.
  • Create product collections to help your shoppers quickly navigate your products.
  • Manage whether out-of-stock items appear in your shop.

Create a Webstore Page

Shops can create a webstore page for a variety of things. Popular pages include: About UsContact Us, Shipping & Returns, Sizing Information, and pages that feature information from our Shopper Resources section (e.g., Join our Loyalty ProgramHow to Shop Our Live Sales!, etc.).
