Have a large number of orders that are ready to ship? Save time (and steps) and print their shipping labels in bulk. Read on to learn how!
CommentSold partners with USPS to give you the ability to print shipping labels for customer orders. While you can print labels individually, if you have a large number of orders to process, it might make more sense to generate and print order shipping labels in bulk.
Before you get started, make sure you've:
- Configured your Shipping settings
- Connected your label printer
- Purchased shipping credit for your labels

- Select (2) Create Labels at the top of the page.
- On the page, select the checkbox to the left of each order for which you wish to print a shipping label.
- Next, enter each package's Length, Width, and Height dimensions in the fields provided.

- CommentSold will confirm the number of labels you wish to generate and the grand total of those labels in a pop-up. Select OK to confirm.
- Once confirmed, select Print Shipping at the top of the Orders/Fulfillment page.
When you select this button, a new tab will open with the packing slip and shipping labels for the orders. If you're using a regular printer, ensure you've set your printer options to a Landscape orientation with zero (0) margins.
Once you print the labels, select the green Mark Labels as Printed button. If left unselected, then CommentSold will include the labels for re-print the next time you process orders.
Mark Orders as Fulfilled
Once you print a label and package and ship the order, you can mark it as fulfilled in CommentSold. CommentSold does not allow you to mark multiple orders as fulfilled in bulk. This is a safeguard to reduce the likelihood of mistakes.
- Select Orders/Fulfillment in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Locate the order for which you printed a shipping label.
- Select the gift icon on the far right of the order.
- On the pop-up, choose whether you wish to:
- Add a note. Enter a note for the order, if desired. Notes may be visible to customers depending on your shipping settings.
- Notify Customer. Select this checkbox to notify the customer via email that you've fulfilled their order.
- Select Fulfill in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.
The order is now marked as fulfilled!
