Get an overview of what data is available to you through reporting in CommentSold.
CommentSold Reporting is designed to give you a complete view of your store's performance. To dig in, click the Reporting tab in your CommentSold dashboard.
At the top of each reporting section is a date range selection. Enter the dates for which you would like to review.
The All section provides an overview of customers, orders, and payments across all channels. You can view these metrics segmented by source by clicking into the Facebook, Instagram, Online Store, Admin, Product List, Mobile App, Secondary Offer, and SMS sections. These sections also include return and inventory data.
The Best Selling report provides detail on best selling products, and is searchable by Brand.
The CSV section offers a variety of data that can be exported in CSV format.
The Best Customers report will show your most valuable customers, along with their number of orders and amount spent. These results can be exported, which creates a valuable audience for Lookalike targeting on Facebook!
The Top Offenders report shows those who are most frequently tying up inventory by carting and abandoning items. A toggle at the top allows shops to include or exclude those who have made prior purchases.
The Mystery Items report will show the retail value and cost of mystery items sold within the selected date range.
The Waitlist report will show items added to waitlists within the selected date range, the customers who waitlisted the items, and the preauthorization status.
The Sell-Through report shows the quantities held and sold, potential revenue, revenue earned, margin, and sell through % for each size, brand, or collection. Clicking the title of each column will sort the table by ascending or descending values. Clicking the brand or collection will show the related items.
The Aged Inventory report shows the inventory value by time since first posted (e.g. 30-60 days) for each size, brand, or collection. Clicking the title of each column will sort the table by ascending or descending values. Clicking the brand or collection will show the related items.
The Coupons report shows all redeemed coupons within the selected date range. View the Coupon Code, Number of Uses, Discounts Given, and Total Sales Less Discount. Click a column title to sort the table by ascending or descending values.
For detailed reporting on live sales, visit the Live tab and click Live History. For a CSV export of customers with contact and purchase information, visit the Setup tab and click Account.
