Live Replays on the New Webstore! [Webstore v2]
Live Replays offer a way for customers to shop your live sales long after your live stream has ended- and now, we’re bringing Live Replays to your branded CommentSold webstore! With this update, you can now add Live Replays anywhere on your home page.
This feature also creates the ability to generate links that send users to a specific point in a Live Replay where a particular product has been featured. This link can then be shared with customers or used in product-centric ads across Facebook and Instagram.

Dedicated Live URL on the New Webstore [Webstore v2]
We’re now including a special URL dedicated exclusively to Live Sales and Live Replays. You can share this URL for advertising purposes and add it to the webstore main menu for easy access.
When you are no longer live, the page will autoplay the most recent Live Replay. Customers can shop from the video that's playing or click the Live Replays thumbnails that appear at the bottom of the page to explore other Replays.
The live URL can be accessed by adding /live to the end of your shop URL (i.e. myshopname.com/live).
For more information on the live URL and how to use it, check out this article in our Help Center.
VIP Customer Coupon Codes
Now you can reward your VIP customers with a coupon only they can use. Only those who spent over what you have set as the VIP dollar amount in the last 30 days (from the time of coupon validation) will be eligible to use this coupon.
This is super valuable when used in tandem with the Best Customers CSV report, as you can use this to email blast your VIP shoppers with a special coupon just for them. Likewise, it’s helpful to mention this special coupon code during a live sale to encourage more spending!
To enable VIP Customer Coupons, you must first enable the “Highlight VIP Customers” setting and add the VIP dollar threshold on the Setup tab.
Static Page when Printing Tags on Inventory Page
Previously, after printing a tag on an inventory page with variants, the screen would automatically scroll to the top of the page. Now, the page will remain static to prevent the need to relocate your position by scrolling back down. This update will vastly improve user experience for your intake department!
