🔥🎬  Automatically Expire Live Replays From App After Set # of Days

You no longer have to manually uncheck older Live Replay videos from displaying in your mobile app! Visit the Live History section of your CommentSold dashboard to set the number of days you would like for your replay videos to remain in your app before being automatically removed.

🕵️ View Associated Orders for Mystery Items

You can now click the three dots next to a mystery item in the “Edit Inventory” section of the Products tab and click to “View Orders.”

 

👠 Disable Webstore Without Affecting Collections

Disabling the CommentSold webstore will no longer remove collections from your mobile app, and will not affect your ability to edit the collections. 

 

✅ Default Option to Use Same Description for Online Store & Mobile App When Adding Products

If you are constantly checking the “Use for Online Store & App” box when adding product descriptions, you can now set the default for this box to checked. You will find this setting under Selling Preferences in the Setup tab of your CommentSold dashboard.

💰 Add Revenue Column to Best Selling Reports

You are now able to view revenue associated with your best selling products in all of the Best Selling reports! This was already available when grouped by product, but this is now on all reports. If you regularly check out your best selling products from first customer purchases, you will find this particularly valuable!

 

📱 New Setting to Address iOS Preventing Messenger Opt-Ins

Some shops reported that their customers were unable to opt in to Messenger communications from their account pages if accessing on an iOS device. If this issue is affecting your shop, you can contact Chat Support to enable an alternative that will replace the “Connect Messenger” button on the registration popup with a simple link that will work on any device! Customers may need to click the “Get Started” button on the shop’s Messenger window in order to receive the first message. 

 

Note: Once you enable this setting, you will need to reconnect Messenger to CommentSold.

🔵 New Setting to Fix Facebook “Get Started” Button Issues

Some shops reported that their customers were unable to confirm their accounts by clicking the “Get Started” button on their account pages. This is a known issue with Facebook. If this is affecting your shop, you can contact Chat Support to enable an alternative that will replace the “Get Started” button with a simple link that will work on any device! 

 

Note: Once you enable this setting, you will need to reconnect Facebook to CommentSold.
