New Team Permission: Manage Refunding Labels

What Changed

We now offer a new team permission called “Manage Refunding Labels.” This permission is required for employees to refund shipping labels. 

Where to Find It

We’ll automatically assign this new permission to any employee that currently has the “Manage Orders” permission. To revoke this Team Permission, visit the Team tab in your dashboard. Click the three dot menu next to the team member's name and select "Edit" to change their permissions. To learn more about Team Permissions, check out this article in our Help Center!

Why We Love It

This update gives you more accountability over your team in the fulfillment process and lowers the likelihood that someone might mistakenly ship items with refunded labels.

 

Add TikTok to Your Webstore Footer [Webstore v2]

What Changed

You can now link your TikTok in the footer on the New Webstore!

Where to Find It

To link your TikTok, navigate to the Webstore Design tab and click “Footer” on the Customization menu. You will see the option to add your TikTok URL in the Social Links section.

Update All Paid Orders When Updating Order Address

What Changed

When updating a customer’s address, you will now see a checkbox that allows you to update all of their Paid orders with the new information.

Where to Find It

On the Orders/Fulfillment tab, select the pencil icon on the right side of the order to edit order details. You will now see a second checkbox under the address fields that you can select to update all of the customer’s “Paid” orders.

Why We Love It

This update allows you to easily update customer orders without having to search all of their active orders! This saves you time and ensures your shoppers receive their items correctly.

 

VIP Column Added to Best Customers Report

What Changed

We have now added a VIP column to the Best Customers Report!

Where to Find It

Navigate to Reporting > Best Customers. From here, click the blue “Export Results” button to export a CSV with the new VIP column.

Note: For data to appear in this column, you must enable the "Highlight VIP Customers" setting on the Setup tab if you haven’t done so already.

Why We Love It

This update allows you to easily pull data for your VIP Customers. With this information, you can offer exclusive deals and promotions to your top shoppers! 

 

PayPal and Account Credit Bug Fix

What Changed

Previously, there was an issue combining account credits with PayPal. We have deployed a bug fix that should fix any charge errors related to using these concurrently.

This bug fix is automatically applied!

Offering a variety of payment options is key in securing your sales! With this bug fix, we can ensure a more seamless experience across all of your payment methods.
