Troubleshooting Errors For Scheduled Sales

Here are some common questions and resolutions.

Issue: My Scheduled Sale isn’t adjusting prices for the items included

  • There may be up to a 5-minute delay when a scheduled sale begins.
  • If your products are synced from Square, scheduled sales will not apply since this feature is not compatible with Square-synced products.

If products are included in multiple active scheduled sales, the most recently activated sale will determine the product’s price.
