Rest assured with Worry-Free Purchase! Enable Worry-Free Delivery to offer customers package protection from damage, loss, or theft throughout delivery. Enable Make it Returnable to provide customers an option to send their Final Sale items to Seel for a refund.

Enable Worry-Free Delivery


Worry-Free Delivery is a package protection service provided by Seel. This service offers your customers enhanced purchase security, protecting against theft, damage, and loss during shipment.

Shoppers can easily purchase Worry-Free Delivery coverage during checkout on both your website and mobile app. 

You can also choose to add Seel Worry-Free Purchase as a default to the customer cart at every checkout.

  1. Hover over the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard, then select Setup.
  2. Select More Integrations from the options listed at the top of the page.
  3. Locate the Worry-Free Delivery section and select Enable Delivery Gurantee
 

That’s it! Shoppers will now see Worry-Free Delivery during checkout on your website or mobile app.

Enable Make It Returnable


Give your shoppers peace of mind and boost your sales with Seel Make It Returnable! This feature allows you to offer a “return-to-Seel” option on products marked as final sale, encouraging hesitant shoppers to complete their purchases. Products synced to CommentSold from Shopify must be labeled as *Final Sale* in the title of the product to ensure they sync as final sale eligible in CommentSold. 

With Make It Returnable, you can:

  • Make your final sale items more attractive to buyers.
  • Offer a risk-free return option handled by Seel.

Shoppers can easily choose Make It Returnable coverage at checkout on your website and mobile app.

  1. Hover over the Side menu of your CommentSold dashboard, then select Setup.
  2. Select More Integrations from the options listed at the top of the page.
  3. Locate the Make It Returnable section and select Enable Make It Returnable.
  4. Select the Default Cart Behavior:
    • Last Choice Default: Seel Worry-Free Purchase will default to the customer's last choice (enabled or disabled) from a previous transaction.
    • Always On (Opt-Out): Seel Worry-Free Purchase will be automatically included in the customer's cart by default. Customers will have to Opt Out of coverage at checkout.
    • Always Off (Opt-In): Seel Worry-Free Purchase will be excluded from the customer's cart by default. Customers will have to Opt In to coverage at checkout.

That’s it! Shoppers will now see the Make It Returnable option during checkout on your website and mobile app.

Worry-Free Delivery will now be automatically added to every order.

Shoppers can remove it by clicking the trash icon in their cart.

If you’d prefer not to offer it by default, you can update your preferences in the settings for this feature. 

View Orders with Worry-Free Delivery


Orders with Worry-Free Purchase protection will display a highlighted Worry-Free Delivery badge on your Orders page. You can also view the cost of the protection in the order summary.

If a customer opens a claim with Seel on a Worry-Free Purchase, you will see the status of the claim displayed in the order summary.

  • Created. A customer has opened a claim for their order via the Seel Resolution Center.
  • Accepted. Seel accepted the customer’s claim and refunded the order.
  • Rejected. Seel rejected the customer’s claim.

Worry-Free Purchase Filters

You have two new filter options that will allow you to filter for Worry-Free Purchase orders. These filters are located within the existing filter options section for easy access.

  • Worry-Free Purchase. View orders that have Worry-Free Purchase protection.
  • Cancelled Worry-Free Purchase. View orders where the customer cancelled their Worry-Free Purchase protection.
  • Seel Claim: Pending. View orders with an open Worry-Free Purchase claim with Seel.
  • Seel Claim: Accepted. View orders with Worry-Free Purchase claims that Seel accepted.
  • Rejected. View orders with Worry-Free Purchase claims that Seel rejected.

View Seel Worry-Free Purchase Charges


  1. Hover over the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard, then select Setup.
  2. Select My Invoices from the options listed at the top of the page.
  3. Select All Charges from the sub-options listed at the top of the page.
  4. Select Seel Worry-Free Purchase Fees from the filter drop-down.

You get to choose whether to enable or disable Worry-Free Purchase, and shoppers can add or remove it if they do not want coverage.
