This real-time alert system allows you to stay updated on order activity, even when you're not actively monitoring your shop's dashboard.
These emails will be sent to the Super Admin email address listed on the Shop tab of your Setup page.
This feature is especially useful during busy sales periods or promotions, as it helps you quickly confirm inventory status, manage shipping schedules, and respond promptly to any potential issues.
By keeping a close eye on new orders, you can ensure smooth operations and maintain high customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and communication.
Enable Emails for All New Orders
- Hover over the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard, then select Setup.
- Select Templates from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Select Emails from the sub-options listed at the top of the page.
- Enable Receive Email for All New Orders toggle.
Thats it! You will now receive an email for every new order placed.
