Create and Manage Filter Groups

Create Filter Groups


Set up a new filter group with your preferred conditions to quickly sort and view specific product sets.

 

  1. Select Products from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
  2. Select the Filters drop-down from the options listed at the top of the page.
  3. Select Manage Filter Groups from the drop-down.
  4. Select + Create Filter Group and enter Filter Group details.
  5. Once done, select Save Filter Group.
Expand to view a description of all Filter Group details.
  • Enter a Filter Group Name.
  • General: Filter by product status, such as Posted, Not Posted, Posted to Facebook/Instagram, and more.
  • Stock: Filter by stock levels (Equal to, Greater than, Less than, etc.).
  • Warehouse Location: Filter by specific warehouse locations.
  • Tags: Filter products by assigned tags.
  • Date Posted: Filter by the date range when products were posted.
  • Date Last Received: Filter by the date range when products were last received.
  • First Posted or Last Restocked: Filter by date range for first post or most recent restock.
  • Category: Search and filter by product categories.
  • Collections: Search and filter by specific collections.
  • Exclude Collections: Exclude selected collections from the results.
  • Brands: Search and filter by brand.
  • Exclude Brands: Exclude selected brands from the results.
  • Sizes: Filter by available product sizes.
  • Inventory Warehouse Locations: Filter by inventory storage locations.
  • Price: Set a minimum and/or maximum price range.
  • Cost: Set a minimum and/or maximum cost range.

Apply a Filter Group


Use a saved filter group to instantly narrow down your product list based on your selected criteria.

 

  1. Select Products from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
  2. Select the Filters drop-down from the options listed at the top of the page.
  3. Select Manage Filter Groups from the drop-down.
  4. Select the three-dot icon on the right side of your desired Filter Group.
  5. Select Apply.

Edit a Filter Group


Update the filters or name of an existing group to keep it current with your needs.

 

  1. Select Products from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
  2. Select the Filters drop-down from the options listed at the top of the page.
  3. Select Manage Filter Groups from the drop-down.
  4. Select the three-dot icon on the right side of your desired Filter Group.
  5. Select Edit and make your desired edits to the Filter Group.
  6. Once done, select Update Filter Group.

Duplicate a Filter Group


Copy an existing filter group to create a similar one without starting from scratch.

 

  1. Select Products from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
  2. Select the Filters drop-down from the options listed at the top of the page.
  3. Select Manage Filter Groups from the drop-down.
  4. Select the three-dot icon on the right side of your desired Filter Group.
  5. Select Duplicate.

Delete a Filter Group


Remove a filter group you no longer need from your saved list.

 

  1. Select Products from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard
  2. Select the Filters drop-down from the options listed at the top of the page.
  3. Select the three-dot icon on the right side of your desired Filter Group.
  4. Select Delete.
