Issue: Widgets showing blank on preview but not blank on Live site
This is usually user error and you may have edited the widgets unintentionally. Try restoring a previous version of the site.
Issue: Item(s) not showing when filter applied
Filters show specific variants so ensure the filter being applied matches the variants the product has. For example, if the product has variant size S and the customer is using the size filter Small, that item is not going to show.
We recommend shops standardize sizes across all products - always use S or always use Small, but not both.
Issue: Unable to update announcement banner
This is usually a result of the Free Gift with Purchase feature being enabled under the Promotions tab. This feature assigns an automatic banner and the announcement banner on the website cannot be edited while this feature is enabled.
Issue: Anchor tags not working
This is usually caused by a space in the anchor tag. Anchor tags can’t include spaces. They should be one word and avoid special characters.
