Want an easy way for shoppers to browse all of your product categories and jump to the one that interests them?

You have the option to add a "Shop All" drop-down menu to the navigation of your website. When shoppers hover over this option, a drop-down expands to show all categories and nested categories for products on your site (e.g., Clothing > Outerwear). If you have a mobile app, this will also add a "Shop All" option to the Shop tab on your mobile app.

Product categories and sub-categories auto-generate from the category you assigned to the product on the product record. You can also control which categories appear in the "Shop All" menu.

Add "Shop All" to Your Navigation Menu

  1. Scroll to the Unlisted section of your Navigation tab.
  2. Select Shop All and drag it to the Main Navigation. Make sure you place this option where you wish for it to appear in the navigation menu.
  3. Select Publish.

Manage Which Categories Appear In "Shop All" Menu

You can choose which categories and sub-categories appear in your "Shop All" menu by disabling the category (or nested category). Please note:

  • If you disable a category, like Clothing, then all nested categories (e.g., Tops, Bottoms, Coats, etc.) will not appear in your "Shop All" menu.
  • If you disable a nested category, like Tops, then only this nested category will not appear in your "Shop All" menu.

You can access your product categories for management two ways: via your CommentSold dashboard and via your Site Creator. We walk through both options on the below tabs:

  3. Expand the main category where you wish to make changes.
  4. Locate the category (or nested category) you wish to hide, then select disable the toggle on the far right of the row.
    • You may need to expand more categories to access additional nested categories.
