Order changes sync in real-time. When you update an order in either system, it reflects immediately in the other. This includes:
- Order status updates
- Address changes
- Tracking information
- Fulfillment status
Connect Commentsold to Redo OMS
- Select Returns from the side menu of your Commentsold dashboard. Or log in to your Redo account.
- Select Settings in the bottom left corner.
- Select Integrations under Order Fulfilment from the side menu.
- Find CommentSold under Available Integrations and select Connect.
Once done, you will see the status of Redo OMS in CommentSold as connected under Setup > More Integration.
Disable Redo OMS
- Select Setup from your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select More Integration from the options available at the top of the page.
- Scroll down to Redo Order Management System and select Disable Redo OMS.
Once disabled, you will see the status as disabled.
