Note: Shops can have only one Final Sale returns coverage enabled at a time. If Final Sale coverage is enabled through Redo, it cannot be enabled simultaneously through Seel. Step 1: Connect CommentSold with Redo Coverage
Connect your CommentSold account with Redo so returns and coverage options can sync correctly between both platforms. This connection is required before enabling any Redo coverage features.
- In Redo, navigate to Settings > Returns & Claims > Integration.
- Locate the CommentSold card and select Connect.
- Select Authorize to allow access between your Redo and CommentSold accounts.
Step 2: Enable Redo Returns for Final Sale Products
Allow customers to purchase Redo coverage for items marked as final sale. Once enabled, final sale products can become eligible for returns only when coverage is purchased.
- In Redo, navigate to Settings > Returns & Claims > Coverage.
- Scroll to the Redo Coverage section.
- Enable Final sale returns coverage.
- Select Save at the top right corner of the page.
Customize Final Sale Return Text (Optional)
Customize the final sale coverage messaging displayed at CommentSold checkout. Updating this text helps clearly communicate return eligibility and coverage terms to customers before they complete their purchase.
- In Redo, navigate to Settings > Returns & Claims > Coverage.
- Scroll to the Commentsold coverage section.
- Select the Final sale title text from the drop-down.
- Select the Final sale subtext from the drop-down.
- Select Save at the top right corner of the page.
