Best Rate Option (Flex Labels)

When shops process orders in batches, will CS look at the cumulative amount for the batch by type and then choose the option that is cheapest overall, or is it truly choosing the cheapest option for each order?

Each order is calculated separately and if we are given a quote for both priority and GA from the same vendor we choose the cheaper of the two.

There are lots of factors that go into buying labels. It is not often just the cheapest, but also shop configuration, if there are any errors with any of the carriers, differences between the carriers, the type of package selected, hazmat requirements, package size and type.
