Add Your Package Preferences
- Select Setup from side menu of your CommentSold Dashboard.
- Select Shipping from the options listed at the top.
- Select Package Preferences.
- In the Defaults for Dimensions section, enter your standard package dimensions.
- Select Update Dimensions.
This setting will apply to all orders by default. You can change this for individual shipments during the shipping label creation process. Learn more about adding custom dimensions for individual orders here.
