Dropship fees can include product cost, supplier shipping costs, processing fees, and commission fees. How and when these fees are collected depends on the payment method the customer uses. For Stripe, CS Payments, Klarna, and Affirm, applicable fees and Dropship costs are withheld when the order is placed. For Apple Pay, PayPal, and Sezzle, commission is charged separately through a nightly batch when the fees due exceed $50.

Customer paid through Stripe/CSPay/Klarna/Affirm
- Commission fee, processing fee, and dropship costs are all withheld from the charge amount at the time the order is placed.
- You will not see separate charges for these orders.
- Example: If the customer pays $100 and dropship fees add up to $30, you get a payout of $70.
Customer paid with Apple Pay/PayPal/Sezzle
- No processing fee. Commission fee is not withheld from the payout and is instead charged as a fee in a nightly batch if the amount of fees due is over $50.
- This would be pushed to the next day if the fees don't exceed $50.
- You will see separate charges for these orders.
- Example: If the customer pays $100 and dropship fees add up to $30, you get a payout of $100 and then a deduction of $30.

- Select Setup from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select My Invoices from the options listed at the top.
- Select Dropship Costs from the sub-options listed at the top.
- Select the Download icon for the desired order to view a full breakdown of the fees and associated with that order.
