Error: “This app is no longer available in this country/region”

  • Your Apple Developer Account Membership has lapsed/expired and needs to be renewed. Once this is complete, Apple should have your app back up in the app store within 24 hours.
  • To renew, sign in to your account with the Apple ID you used to enroll, and click the “Renew Membership” button.
  • If you have any trouble with this, you'll want to reach out to Apple directly for assistance.

Error: Customers are not getting my push notifications.

If your customers are reporting not receiving App Notifications, here are a few things to check out:

  1. Duplicate Accounts. Make sure that your customer does not have multiple accounts with your Shop. If they do, we suggest they combine them. Or you can combine them on the customer's behalf by going to the Customer tab > three-dots next to one of their accounts > Combine accounts.
  2. Multiple Devices. Check to see if your customer has the app downloaded to multiple devices (for instance, both iPad and iPhone). Push notifications will only go to a single device. Generally, they will go to the device that they were most recently logged into, not both devices. If not seeing the push notification on one device be sure to check other devices.
  3. App Open Already. Make sure the app is closed when they expect to receive the notification. If the app is open and running - even in the background, the notification may not appear.
  4. Notifications Not Enabled. Make sure they have notifications enabled within the app and in their phone settings under Settings > Apps > Your AppIf they have notifications on in the app but not on their phone settings they will not receive notifications.
