New to your mobile app and need to familiarize yourself with the settings, or are you looking to make changes? Read on for an overview of your Mobile App page!
Your Mobile App page houses all of your important mobile app-related settings such as notifications and display preferences. We walk through the various tabs on your Mobile App page below and link out to Help Center articles that dive deeper into specific settings.
Your Notifications and Notification Templates Tabs
Your Notifications and Notification Templates tabs are where you can enable and customize your mobile app push notifications.
A push notification is a message from your business that will pop up on a shopper's mobile device (if they have push notifications enabled). Many retailers use push notifications to promote new products, announce live sales, and remind shoppers of expiring carts.
On these tabs, you can craft one-time push notifications, enable push notification automations, and view the performance of sent notifications. Check out the below articles for more information:
- Send Mobile App Push Notifications. Learn how to send one-time push notifications and how to enable automatic push notifications.
