Mobile App - Customer Experience

Install the Mobile App

Follow the steps below to download and install the mobile app on your device so you can start browsing and shopping.

1. In your mobile device, navigate to your App Store or Play Store.
2. Search for the shop’s name. For example, VeryU.
3. Tap the Shop’s App from the list.
4. Tap Install.

Once installed, you can select Open to start using the app.

Manage Your Account

Tap Profile icon at the top right corner of the home page to access your account.

Tap to view your order history.

Settings

Notifications

Tap to enable or disable App Push Notifications about your orders, deliveries, and account activity directly on your device. 

Once enabled, you’ll be prompted to grant device permissions. Tap Allow.

Accessibility

Tap to enable or disable Dynamic Fonts. Dynamic Fonts help you adjust text size across apps so content is easier to read.

Logout

Tap Logout to sign out of your account.

Know Your Home Screen

Top Bar

The Top Bar appears at the top of the app and provides quick access to essential actions and tools.

1. Your Account: Tap to access the My Account section, where you can manage your profile details, view order history, update app settings, and log out.
2. Notification Center: Tap to view app notifications related to your orders, deliveries, promotions, and account activity.
3. Search Field: Use the search field to quickly find products, collections, or specific items available in the shop.
4. My Cart: Tap to view items added to your cart, review quantities, add order Notes, edit shipping address, and proceed to checkout. You can also view expired items in the cart that were added and not checked out.
5. App Banner: Highlights important updates, promotions, or featured content from the shop. Tap on the banner to learn more or take action.
6. Collections: Collections are curated groups of products organized by theme, category, or promotion. They help you quickly browse related items and discover new products from the shop.

Home Feed

Main Navigation Bar

The Main Navigation Bar appears at the bottom of the app and allows you to move between key sections of the app.

1. Home: Returns you to the Home Screen, where you can browse featured products, collections, and promotional content.
2. Shop: Browse all available products and collections offered by the shop in different categories.
3. Clips: Watch short, shoppable videos and discover products featured by the shop.
4. Waitlist: View items you’ve joined the waitlist for and get notified when they become available.
5. Favorites: Access products you’ve saved for later, making it easy to revisit and purchase them.

Clips

Learn how to discover and interact with Clips by shopping products directly from videos, completing checkout, and engaging with content through likes, comments, reactions, and threaded conversations.

Shop Products from Clips

Learn how to purchase products directly from Clips, from selecting variants and adding items to your cart to completing checkout and placing your order.

1. While you are watching a clip, tap Buy on the product you desire.
2. In th pop up, select your desired product variant (Size and Color).
3. Tap Add to Cart.
   • If you wish to buy the product later, tap Add to Favorites.
4. Tap Proceed to Checkout.
   • Tap Continue Shopping if you want to add more products.
5. Select your Shipping Method.
6. Add Order Notes if required.
7. Enter or edit your Shipping Address.
8. Choose if you wish to opt for Free & Easy Returns. 
   • Free & Easy Returns is added by default. If you wish to opt-out select the Bin icon.
9. Add your Payment Details.
10. Verify the Order Summary.
11. Once done, tap Pay and complete your payment.

Clip Comments and Sharing

Learn how to engage with Clips by liking videos, posting comments, replying in threads, reacting with emojis, and managing your own comments.

Waitlist

Learn how to join the waitlist for out-of-stock products and preauthorize items so you’re ready to purchase as soon as they become available.

Waitlist Products

This section explains how to join the waitlist for a product variant that is currently out of stock, ensuring you’re notified when it becomes available.

1. In the app, tap on your desired product.
2. Select your desired product variant (Size and Color).
3. If there is no stock available, you will a message “Variant Out of Stock.”
4. Tap Add to Waitlist.

Preauthorize Products

This section walks you through preauthorizing a waitlisted product by adding payment and shipping details, allowing your order to be placed automatically when the item is back in stock.

1. Tap on Waitlist from the main navigation tab at the bottom of the home page.
2. On your desired product, tap Preauthorize Now.
3. Add or edit your card details for payment.
4. Select the type of Shipping.
   • Delivery: Add or edit your shipping address and select Update.
   • Local Pickup: Select a Pickup Location from the drop-down.
5. Once done, tap Preauthorize.

Your order will be placed automatically once the selected variant is back in stock.

Favorites

Save products you love and easily return to them later when you’re ready to purchase.

Add Products to Favorite

Learn how to save a product variant to your Favorites so you can quickly find and buy it later.

1. In the app, select your desired product.
2. Tap on your desired product variant (Size and Color).
3. If you wish to buy the product later, select the Star icon at the top of the product description screen.

Shop Your Favorite Products

This section shows how to purchase products directly from your Favorites, from adding items to your cart through completing checkout.

1. Select Favorites from the main navigation tab at the bottom of the home page.
2. Tap on your desired product.
3. Tap Add to Cart.
4. Tap Proceed to Checkout.
   • Tap Continue Shopping if you want to add more products.
5. Select your Shipping Method.
6. Add Order Notes if required.
7. Enter or edit your Shipping Address.
8. Choose if you wish to opt for Free & Easy Returns. 
   • Free & Easy Returns is added by default. If you wish to opt-out select the Bin icon.
9. Add your Payment Details.
10. Verify the Order Summary.
11. Once done, tap Pay and complete your payment.

Live Replays

Live Replays let you watch past live sales and shop featured products at your convenience.

Shop Products From Live Replays

Learn how to shop products directly while watching a live replay, including selecting variants, adding items to your cart or Favorites, and completing checkout.

1. Open your desired live replay on the home screen.
2. While you are watching a live replay, tap Shop at the bottom.
3. In the pop up, tap on your desired product.
4. Select your desired product variant (Size and Color).
5. Tap Add to Cart.
   • If you wish to buy the product later, tap Add to Favorites.
6. Tap Proceed to Checkout.
   • Tap Continue Shopping if you want to add more products.
7. Select your Shipping Method.
8. Add Order Notes if required.
9. Enter or edit your Shipping Address.
10. Choose if you wish to opt for Free & Easy Returns. 
    • Free & Easy Returns is added by default. If you wish to opt-out select the Bin icon.
11. Add your Payment Details.
12. Verify the Order Summary.
13. Once done, tap Pay and complete your payment.
