To request a CS Payments Instant Payout, your shop must meet the applicable eligibility requirements for the feature.
- Processed payments with CS Payments for more than 30 days.
- Generated $1,000 in gross merchandise value (GMV).
How Much Does an Instant Payout Cost?
CS Payments Instant Payouts are subject to a 1% fee. The fee is displayed automatically when you adjust the payout amount before submitting the payout.

Standard CS Payments payouts are processed daily on a one-day rolling schedule. Each day, between 6–8 PM CST, CommentSold processes the payout for the rolling day, and those funds typically appear in the account within 24–48 hours.
If you want to request an Instant Payout for the rolling day, request it before 6–8 PM CST to avoid a potential duplicate payout.
What Happens If I Receive a Double Payout?
If a standard payout and Instant Payout result in a duplicate payout, the duplicate amount is automatically corrected, typically within one day.
How Do I Request an Instant Payout?
- Select Setup in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select CommentSold Payments from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Select Get Paid Instantly in the top-right corner of the page.
- Choose your payment option:
- Add Debit Card. Add a new debit card. You will enter the card details and CommentSold will verify whether the debit card supports Instant Payouts. If it does not, you’ll be prompted to enter a new card.
- Select Debit Card. Select a previously saved debit card. A list will display the card type (e.g., VISA, MasterCard, etc.) and the last four digits of the card.
- Select Save and Continue.
- Use the slider to adjust the amount in the Instant Payout field. Your Fees automatically calculate and will display beneath the Instant Payout field.
- Select Submit Payout.
- Review the payout amount and fee, then select Payout to confirm.
