Purchase prepaid shipping credit in CommentSold to pay for shipping labels. CommentSold deducts the cost of each generated label from your prepaid balance, which must have a minimum purchase amount of $100.
You can also enable Auto Purchase Prepaid Credit to automatically charge your card on file when you generate a shipping label and do not have enough prepaid credit available.

Purchase Shipping Credit
- In your CommentSold dashboard, select Setup from the side menu.
- Select Shipping at the top of the page.
- In the Shipping submenu, select Prepay Labels.
- Enter the Manual Purchase Prepaid Credit Amount to immediately charge your card as a one-time purchase.
- Toggle Auto Purchase Prepaid Credit to On (required for Flex Labels).
- Enter the Auto Purchase Prepaid Credit Amount. This amount will automatically be charged to your card when you generate a label and don’t have enough credit.
- Set the Minimum Prepaid Credit Amount. When your prepaid balance drops below this amount, the system will automatically purchase the amount you set for Auto Purchase Prepaid Credit Amount.
- Set the Maximum Pending Bank Transfers Allowed. This setting controls the number of active pending bank transfers. Increasing it allows new transfers to trigger via Auto Purchase before earlier ones clear.
