Receive an email notification for every new order in CommentSold. New order emails are sent to your Company Email address and can be enabled from Setup > Templates > Emails.
New order email notifications help you monitor orders without keeping the CommentSold dashboard open. When enabled, CommentSold sends an email each time a new order is placed.
By default, new order notifications are limited to 25 emails within a 24-hour period. Contact CommentSold Support if you need unlimited notifications for all new orders.

- Hover over the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard, then select Setup.
- Select Templates from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Select Emails from the sub-options listed at the top of the page.
- Enable Receive Email for All New Orders toggle.
Thats it! You will now receive an email for every new order placed.
