Create Customer-Specific Coupon
- Select Customers from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Filter or select the desired customers for whom you wish to create coupons.
- You can filter the customers based on Custom and Automated tags to include and exclude customers.
- Select Create Customer Coupons from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Coupon Type: Select the desired coupon type. email customers unique promo code
- Coupon Name: Enter a coupon name. The coupon name will be appended to a unique customer code.
- Coupon Expiration (optional): Specify the number of days the coupon will be valid. Leave blank for no expiration.
- Exclude Product Collections (optional): Select product collections to exclude from this coupon.

- Select Create Coupons at the bottom right corner.
The customer gets an email with their unique discount code. To use it, they must log into their account and apply the code at checkout (guest checkout isn’t supported). The code is tied to their account and can’t be shared. personalized discount codes
View Customer Specific Coupon Batches
- Select Coupons from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Scroll down to Customer Specific Coupon Batches section.
- Select the Download icon at the right corner of your desired Customer Specific Coupon Batch to view the customer details. customer specific coupon codes
