View your CommentSold shipping label purchase and refund history from Setup > My Invoices > View Credit History. You can also export the history as a CSV file and view the packages associated with an order.

View Shipping Label Purchase History
- Select Setup in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select My Invoices.
- Select the View Credit History tab.

Note: Select the Export as CSV button to export this page as an editable spreadsheet.

This section will indicate who is buying and refunding labels for which orders. Selecting the Packing Slip number will display all packages included in that order.
