Reprint a previously purchased shipping label in CommentSold if the original label was damaged or cannot be used. Reprinting does not require you to purchase the label again.
If the shipping label contains incorrect information, such as the wrong customer address or package weight, you must refund and repurchase the label instead of reprinting it.

When to Reprint vs. Repurchase a Shipping Label
Reprint the label when the label information is correct but the physical label was damaged or cannot be used.
Examples include:
- The label was damaged during a printer jam.
- The label was damaged while being printed.
- The label was incorrectly affixed to the package and can no longer be used.
Refund and repurchase the label when the information on the label is incorrect.
Examples include:
- The customer's shipping address is incorrect.
- The package weight is incorrect.
- Other shipping information needs to be changed.
A reprint uses the existing shipping label. It does not update the label's shipping information.
