Easily update an order’s fulfillment method from shipping to local pickup when a customer decides to collect their purchase in person. This ensures accurate processing and avoids unnecessary shipping charges.

If your customer has paid for shipping, you can refund those fees to the customer before switching the order to local pickup. 

Refund Shipping Fee to the Customer


 

  1. Hover over the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard, then select Orders/Fulfillment.
  2. Hover over the desired order and select the Tag icon from the menu.
  3. Select the red Refund Shipping button in the right corner.
  4. Choose whether to refund the amount as store credit or to the original payment method.
  5. Select Refund

Change Delivery Method to Local Pickup


 

  1. Hover over the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard, then select Orders/Fulfillment.
  2. Hover over the desired order and select the eye icon in the right corner.
  3. Select the blue Switch to Local Pickup button.
