Quickly change an order’s fulfillment method from local pickup to shipping when a customer requests delivery instead. This keeps orders moving smoothly and ensures the correct shipping process is followed.
Request Shipping Payment
If you would like to send a shipping fee payment request to the customer, you will need to do this before changing the Delivery Method to Shipping.
- Hover over the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard, then select Orders/Fulfillment.
- Hover over the desired order and select the eye icon in the right corner.
- Select the Request Shipping Payment button.
- Confirm the amount the customer will be billed.
- Select Request.
This sends an email with a clickable payment link to the customer. Once paid, you'll see the shipping line item in the order change from $0.00 to the amount paid.

Change Delivery Method to Shipping

- Hover over the desired order and select the eye icon in the right corner.
- Select the blue Switch to Shipping button.
