How do I customize the Live Info Banner?
- Select Live in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select Multisource Live or Live Overview from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Add all the required information and set up the live.
- At step 4, customize the Info Banner.
- Add Banner title and body.
- Once done, select Go Live.
Can I edit the Info Banner during a Live?
You can also customize the Banner while you are live using the Edit Info banner button at the top of the live dashboard.

The Live Info Banner - Admin Preview (only available in Multisource Live) lets you see exactly how your live banner will appear before you go live. This preview matches what viewers will see during the live sale, so you can confidently review your messaging, layout, and overall appearance ahead of time.
Use this preview to make quick adjustments and ensure your banner looks right before and during your live.
