Add a custom info banner to your live sales to share important details like sale announcements, shipping info, or special offers. You can set it up before going live or edit it anytime during your stream.
| Note: The info banner is only visible during the live, live replays on your app and web. It does not appear on the social platforms (Facebook or Instagram). |

Customize Info Banner
- Select Live in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select Multisource Live from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Add all the required information and set up the live.
- At step 4, customize the Info Banner.
- Add Banner title and body.
- Once done, select Go Live.
You can also customize the Banner while you are live using the Edit Info banner button at the top of the live dashboard.
