Add a custom info banner to your live sales to share important details like sale announcements, shipping info, or special offers. You can set it up before going live or edit it anytime during your stream.

Customize Info Banner
- Select Live in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select Multisource Live from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Add all the required information and set up the live.
- At step 4, customize the Info Banner.
- Add Banner title and body.
- Once done, select Go Live.
You can also customize the Banner while you are live using the Edit Info banner button at the top of the live dashboard.
Live Info Banner - Admin Preview
The Live Info Banner - Admin Preview lets you see exactly how your live banner will appear before you go live. This preview matches what viewers will see during the live sale, so you can confidently review your messaging, layout, and overall appearance ahead of time.
Use this preview to make quick adjustments and ensure your banner looks right before and during your live.
