Before You Begin

Before recording a Pre-Recorded Live Sale, ensure the following:

  • No traditional live sale is currently active.
  • No other pre-recorded recording session is currently in progress.
    • Only one recording session can run at a time per shop.
  • If using Live Overview (Broadcast App) as your stream source, the Broadcast App must already be open and actively streaming.
