FAQs
Why are the Revenue or Orders/Returns tabs loading slowly?
Selecting an extensive date range may affect loading performance. Try running the report with a smaller date range.
Why don’t I see the Web channel in the channel dropdown?
The Web channel appears only when there are CS webstore purchases within the selected date range. If no webstore purchases occurred during that period, the Web option won’t appear.
Can I compare performance across different periods?
Yes. Run the report for the periods you want to review, then compare the daily revenue, order, and product totals. For year-over-year comparisons, select corresponding date ranges from each year.
