My Ship Manager is the simple CommentSold integration with big impact for Shopify users. Whether you’re looking to save with CS Fulfillment or continue syncing everything back into Shopify, a one-time connection with My Ship Manager allows you to manage multi-platform sales with ease.
My Ship Manager Solutions
My Ship Manager offers two solutions for your business:

Inventory Syncing
- Maintain current workflows, using dual fulfillment to fulfill your CommentSold orders in CS and Shopify orders in Shopify (or using the third-party fulfillment tool ShipStation).

Order Syncing
- Pull Shopify orders into CommentSold to access unique fulfillment benefits like strict fulfillment, auto combine orders, and bin locations.

With My Ship Manager, you have two plan options: Inventory Sync and Inventory & Order Sync.

Is My Ship Manager Order & Inventory Sync right for me?
If you meet the following conditions, My Ship Manager could be the perfect fit for your business.
- You use both Shopify and CommentSold, and want to take advantage of CommentSold fulfillment benefits.
- You have a single fulfillment location.
- You’re still comfortable fulfilling any digital orders (like gift cards) in Shopify.
- You’re aware that at this time, only Shopify orders will autocombine, and only CommentSold orders will autocombine (i.e., an order made on your Shopify store won’t auto-combine with an order made on your CS mobile app).

Combining Accounts
Combining customer accounts can streamline account management and improve customer experience by consolidating multiple profiles into a single account. You can now combine customer accounts created via Meta platforms (e.g., Facebook or Instagram) with CommentSold accounts.
- Select Customers in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Look for the desired customer and select the three-dot icon beside the customer picture.
- Select Combine Account.
- Select the red Combine button beside the account you want to combine.

Restrictions on External Accounts:
- Only CommentSold accounts can serve as the target account for merging.

Best Practices for Combining Accounts:
- Verify Ownership: Confirm that the accounts being combined belong to the same customer.
- Review Account Data: Ensure both accounts contain accurate and relevant data before merging.
- Follow Restrictions: Always select a CommentSold account as the target during the merge process.
Disconnect MSM
- Navigate to https://www.myshipmanager.com/
- Login to your account.
- Select My Account at the top right.
- Select Change my Subscription.
- Select Cancel my Subscription.
Reconnect MSM
If you previously disconnected MyShipManager, follow these steps to reconnect properly.
- Navigate to https://www.myshipmanager.com/
- Login to your account.
- Select My Account at the top right.
- Select Update my Subscription.
- Select plan you wish to choose.
- Select OK in the pop-up to confirm your subscription.
- You'll be redirected to the Approve subscription page in Shopify, where you will approve the recurring monthly charge. Select Approve.
- Note that you must be logged into Shopify with an account that has permission to approve recurring charges, otherwise you will not be able to complete this step.
- Select Press to Connect to CommentSold.You’ll be taken to an authorization page for MSM (My Ship Manager) within CommentSold.
- Select Authorize. You will be redirected back to your My Ship Manager account.
- Select your efault Shopify location from the Select Default Location drop-down.
- Select Save Default Location.
Contact CommentSold Support to initiate a full resync. This will ensure your new connection is set properly.
