You can add Trendsi products that were previously sold through Shopify to your CommentSold Dropship Catalog. Products must be added individually; bulk product migration is not currently supported.
Before You Get Started
Before you begin adding Trendsi products to your CommentSold shop, you’ll need to:
- Enter your CommentSold Store ID in Trendsi. This is required for Trendsi to connect to your CommentSold store. Learn how here.
- Disable your Shopify Sync. You’ll want to add products after you have disabled your Shopify Sync. This is to ensure products don’t sync and duplicate in CommentSold.
- Delete Trendi products in CommentSold. You’ll need to delete Trendsi products that previously synced via Shopify Sync from CommentSold. This will need to be done after you disable Shopify Sync so products don’t re-sync.
Step 1: Locate Added Products in Trendsi
- Select your Account icon in the top-right corner of your Trendsi dashboard.
- Select Added Products from the drop-down list.
- Select your Shopify store from the drop-down in the top-left corner of the Added Products page.
Step 2: Add Trendsi Products to CommentSold Dropship Catalog
- Select the product you wish to add to CommentSold.
- On the product record, select Add to Store.
- On the pop-up, select your CommentSold shop in the Store drop-down.
- Select Go to CommentSold.
- You will be taken to the product’s record in the CommentSold Dropship Catalog. Scroll down and select + Add Product to Your Shop.
Now the product is part of your inventory! You can jump straight to the CommentSold product record from the dropship item, or navigate to Products in the side menu to access the product listing.

How do I add a Trendsi product to my CommentSold store?
Open the product in Trendsi, select Add to Store, choose your CommentSold shop, select Go to CommentSold, and then select + Add Product to Your Shop in the CommentSold Dropship Catalog.
Where can I find a Trendsi product after adding it to CommentSold?
After adding the product to your shop, you can access it from the product record linked from the Dropship item or by selecting Products in the CommentSold dashboard.
Do Trendsi products automatically publish to my website?
No. After adding a Trendsi product to your inventory, you must publish it to your online store and/or mobile app before shoppers can see and purchase it.
