CommentSold Dropship offers combined shipping with select dropship suppliers for customers who place multiple orders with that supplier in a 24-hour window.
Important to Know!
- Availability of combined shipping will vary by supplier. At this time, only Trendsi offers combined shipping for multiple orders placed by a single customer. As we onboard other suppliers who wish to offer this service, we will make sure you know.
- You must opt into this feature. CommentSold does not automatically enable combined shipping for participating suppliers. You will need to enable this feature in your Dropship Catalog.
Participating Suppliers
The following suppliers offer combined shipping for multiple orders placed by a customer in a 24-hour window:
- Trendsi
Enable Combine Shipping for Dropship Orders
- Hover over the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard, then select Dropship.
- Select Settings at the top of the page.
- Scroll and locate the Combined Shipment Hold Time drop-down.
- Select 24 hours from the options listed.
- Select Save in the bottom-right corner of the page.
