What Are Recommended Products?
The Recommended Products section automatically displays items that are:
- In the same collection as the product being viewed.
- Published to your webstore.
This feature suggests relevant products to your customers, making their shopping journey more intuitive.
- Recommended Products cannot be manually turned on or off.
- Recommended Products appear only on individual product pages. They do not display on the checkout page.
Why Might Recommended Products Not Appear?
If the Recommended Products section isn't visible on a product page, consider the following:
- The product isn't assigned to any collection.
- The collection isn't published to your webstore.
- There are no other products in the same collection that are published to the webstore.
