- Select Setup in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select My Invoices.
- Select the View Credit History tab.

Note: Select the Export as CSV button to export this page as an editable spreadsheet.

This section will indicate who is buying and refunding labels for which orders. Selecting the Packing Slip number will display all packages included in that order.
