You can complete returns and refund the customer for the product, for the shipping, and also issue a return label if you would like the customer to return the item to you at no cost to them.

Issue Return Shipping Label
- Select Orders/Fulfilment from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Hover over the desired order and select the Return arrow.
- Check the boxes next to the products you wish to make a return label for.
- Select Issue Return Label from the dropdown menu at the top of the product.
- A label creation window will appear. Fill it with weight and dimensions like normal when creating a shipping label.
- Select Create Label and then purchase it by selecting OK.
- After the label has been purchased, you will see a confirmation in green showing the tracking number and referring to the section added below that will have buttons for emailing, refunding, and viewing the return label.
- Select the Email button to send the label to the customer, along with a note.
- Select the View link to just view the label.
- Select the Refund button to refund the return label.
When the return label is refunded, you get a green confirmation, and the return section no longer shows the return label afterwards.
