Deep link notifications let you send push notifications that take customers directly to a specific product, collection, cart, or Popclip in your app. Use this feature to drive traffic to new arrivals, sales, featured content, or to recover abandoned carts with a single tap.
Sending Deep Links
- Select Mobile App from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select Mobile Notification from the options listed at the top.
- Click the Send New Notification button.
- Enter Notification Body and Title.
- Toggle Deep Link to enable.
- Select the Destination from the dropdown.
- Specify the Product, Collection, or Clip. (When choosing Cart, no additional field will appear as it will direct all customers to their individual cart.)
- Use the Schedule Notification toggle to send at a later time or click Send to send right away.
| Important: Note: Deep Link notifications can link directly to any collection, even if the collection is not enabled under Shown in App or added to your Site Creator Navigation. This allows you to promote collections that aren't otherwise visible in your storefront navigation. |
