To navigate the CommentSold Dropship Catalog, select Dropship Catalog from your CommentSold dashboard. From there, you can browse, search, filter, and sort available products, view product details, request samples, and can browse these products, order product samples, and add products to your shop catalog (no samples).

How do I Browse Products?
- Select Dropship Catalog in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select the Product Catalog tab (the default tab).
On this page, you can view available dropship products. You can search, filter, and sort products using the below tools:
- Search. Use the search field in the top-left corner of the page to search for a product using keywords, name, or SKU.
- MSRP Price Filter. Use the slide provided to view products within a specific MSRP price range.
- Brands. Select the checkbox to the left of a brand name to view products the brand offers. You can select more than one brand.
- Categories. Filter products by their category (e.g., Apparel, Home, Beauty, etc.).
- Sorted By. Select a sort (e.g., Price - high to low, Recently Added - A-Z, etc.).
- Clear Filter. Clear applied filters by selecting Clear Filter in the top-right corner of the page.
Products automatically refresh once you apply your search term, filter, and/or sort.
View Product Details and Order Samples
- Locate and hover over a product you wish to view. Select View.
- View the following product details:
- Product Name. This will copy to CommentSold if you request a sample of this product. You can edit the name at that time.
- Product Description. This will copy to CommentSold if you request a sample of this product. You can edit the description at that time.
- Product Images. Available product images will copy to CommentSold if you request a sample of this product.
- Select Add Sample to request a sample of the product.
- If the product has variants available (e.g., size and color), retailers will need to add the specific variants they wish to receive to their cart.
- You can request multiple variants in your sample. Select Add Another Sample to do so.
- Select Add Samples to My Cart

View Past Sample Orders
- Select Dropship Catalog in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select the Manage Catalog Orders tab at the top of the page.
On this page, you can view the following information:
- Order Number. Displays the order number. Select this link to view detailed information about the order.
- Ordered On. Displays the date you placed your sample order.
- Product Quantity. Displays the total number of unique dropship products included in the order.
- Sample Count. Displays the total number of samples included in the order. If you order more than one product sample (i.e., you ordered different variants), this number can be higher than the Product Quantity.
- Order Total. Displays the total amount for the sample products you ordered.
You can select your Order Number to drill into the details of your order, including the samples ordered, the shipping address, and payment information.

What is the CommentSold Dropship Catalog?
The Dropship Catalog is where available CommentSold Dropship products are listed. You can browse products, view product details, order samples, and add products to your shop catalog.
How do I access the Dropship Catalog?
Select Dropship Catalog from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard. Team members must have the View the Dropship Catalog permission on their team profile.
How do I search for a Dropship product?
In the Product Catalog tab, use the Search field to search for products by keyword, product name, or SKU.
How can I filter Dropship products?
You can filter products by MSRP price range, brand, and category. You can also combine multiple brand selections to view products from several brands.
How do I sort products in the Dropship Catalog?
Use the Sorted By option to sort products using available options such as Price - high to low or Recently Added - A-Z.
How do I clear my Dropship Catalog filters?
Select Clear Filter in the top-right corner of the Product Catalog page to remove your applied filters.
How do I view Dropship product details?
Hover over a product in the catalog and select View. You can review the product name, description, and available product images.
How do I order a Dropship product sample?
Open the product and select Add Sample. If variants are available, select the specific variants you want, then select Add Samples to My Cart.
Can I order multiple variants of a Dropship product as samples?
Yes. If a product has multiple variants, such as different sizes or colors, you can request multiple variants. Select Add Another Sample to add additional variants before adding the samples to your cart.
Where can I view my previous Dropship sample orders?
Select Dropship Catalog from the side menu, then select the Manage Catalog Orders tab.
What information can I see for a past Dropship sample order?
The Manage Catalog Orders page shows the Order Number, Ordered On date, Product Quantity, Sample Count, and Order Total. Select the Order Number to view additional order details, including the samples ordered, shipping address, and payment information.
