Restocking a product and want to clear it from the waitlist of shoppers you know won’t purchase?
CommentSold offers you the ability to clear the waitlist of specific shoppers. This comes in handy if you’re planning to restock one or more products and want to ensure they’re added to the cart of those shoppers who are more likely to make their purchases.
We recognize that inventory hoarding happens whether a shopper is intentional with it or not. Clearing the waitlist of a specific shopper will free up a restocked product, allowing it to be carted for another shopper who waitlisted it.
