Mark Local Orders as Picked Up
Once a customer has picked up their order at your store, warehouse, or designated location, you can mark the order as picked up in CommentSold. This is the final step in the local order fulfillment process.
- Select Orders/Fulfillment in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select the Fulfilled tab.
- Locate and hover over the order you wish to mark as picked up.
- Select the eye icon on the far right of the order.
- The order row will expand to reveal order details. Scroll down and select Mark as Picked Up in the bottom-right corner of the order details.
- Select OK in the pop-up to confirm the action.
