Fulfill orders in CommentSold individually or in bulk by processing paid orders, creating shipping labels, printing packing slips and labels, and marking orders as fulfilled. Bulk fulfillment lets you process multiple orders at once, while individual fulfillment lets you complete one order at a time.
For shipping orders, make sure package weights and dimensions are accurate before purchasing shipping labels. You can also print packing slips for Local Pickup orders during bulk fulfillment.

Fulfilling Orders in Bulk
- Hover over the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard, then select Orders/Fulfillment.

Move your desired orders to Processing. Fullfill multiple orders, Fillfill an order, Fulfilling large orders
- To move all unfulfilled orders, select the Process All button at the top of the Orders tab.

To move specific orders, use the Filters button or checkboxes on the left of the orders to select them and then select the Process X Orders button.
- When using filters or checkboxes to select orders, the page will refresh to show all orders that fit the desired criteria. The button to Process orders will reflect the number of orders selected.”

Select the Create Labels button.
- This opens a new window showing all processing orders without shipping labels.
- Use the checkboxes to the left of the orders to select the orders for which you would like to generate shipping labels.
- Confirm the weights and dimensions of the packages, then select Calculate Prices to preview the label prices.

Select Confirm & Buy Labels.
- A pop-up window will open displaying the total cost for all labels and asking you to confirm the purchase. Select Confirm to continue.

If applicable, select the Print Local Pickup button at the top of the screen to print your Local Pickup orders.
- If you have just processed any local pickup orders, the packing slips will appear here for printing. Once you have printed the slips, select Mark Local Pickup as Printed.

Select the Print Shipping Labels button.
- A pop-up will appear with your shipping labels and coordinating packing slips. Once you have finished printing, select the green Mark Labels as Printed button.
- Select the Fulfill All button to change the order status on the orders to Fulfilled.
Fulfilling a Single Order
- Hover over the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard, then select Orders/Fulfillment.
- Select Paid under the Orders tab to view all of your shop’s paid orders.
- Scroll down and use the search field or filters to find the order you want to fulfill.
- Select the label icon to the right of the order.
- Confirm the package weight and dimensions.
- Select the green Create Label button.
- In the pop-up window, select OK to confirm the label purchase.
- You can print the label using the Open link in the bottom of the screen or select the label icon again and select Print Label.

Select the blue Packing Slip link next to the order details.
- In the pop-up, select the green button at the top to Mark Labels as Printed.

Select the gift box icon next to the order to mark the order fulfilled.
- A box will pop up asking you to confirm that you would like to fulfill the order, and offering you the option to notify your customer that their package is on the way.

How do I fulfill orders in CommentSold?
You can fulfill orders individually or in bulk from Orders/Fulfillment. Process paid orders, create shipping labels, print the required documents, and mark the orders as Fulfilled.
How do I fulfill multiple orders at once?
Go to Orders/Fulfillment, move the desired orders to Processing, select Create Labels, choose the orders, calculate shipping prices, purchase the labels, print the labels and packing slips, and select Fulfill All.
