Split Orders into Multiple Shipments

Select Orders and Fulfillment in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
Scroll, use the search field, or filters to find the order you want to split.
Hover your mouse on the right side of the order and select the Eye icon.
- This will expand the order details to show the items and additional settings.
Select the Partial Fulfillment button.
Check the Received checkbox on the right side of the items you would like to ship together.
Select the Split to New Order button.
A pop-up will appear. Select to Confirm.

This will create a new order that you can manage separately from the original order.

Select Fulfillment in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
Scan a packing slip for an order.
- You will see the order number listed under the heading Orders. Along the bottom of the screen, you will see the products in order.
Scan the barcodes only for the products you would like to ship together.
- As correct items are scanned, the box showing product details will turn green to confirm that it has been scanned.
Select the green Purchase Label button. (If you are using FlexLabels, scan the barcode for the packaging you would like to use.)
In the pop-up, select the green Confirm Purchase button.
Scan the remaining items and repeat Steps 4-5.
