We’re excited to share the latest updates in version 4.2 of the CommentSold Mobile App. This release includes several enhancements to help you better customize, promote, and manage your live selling experience across web and mobile.
Pinning Replays
- Pin up to 5 live replays to the front of the list on both mobile and web.
- Easily reorder or remove pinned replays from Live > Live History.
Deep Link Notifications
- Send push notifications with direct links to a collection or Popclip.
- Works with all collections, even hidden ones (note: if no items are published to the app, the link will open a blank page).
Replay Thumbnail
- Set and edit custom thumbnail images for live replays.
- Available during the Go Live setup or later from Live History.
Live Info Banner
- Add or edit info banners during live sales and live replays on app.
- Customers can collapse, dismiss, or reopen banners at any time.
- Not visible on Facebook or Instagram.
Popclip Highlight
- Customers now see a new icon indicator on the Clips button whenever new Popclips are available.
Home Tab Customization
- Control whether “My Feed” or “Home” appears first in your app’s menu for a more personalized experience.
