Keep your most important live sales front and center by pinning replays to the top of your Live History list. You can easily pin, reorder, or remove replays to highlight key content for your customers.
Pin Live Replays
- Select Live from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select the Live History tab from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Select the Pin Checkbox next to your desired live.
| Note: You can pin a maximum of five live replays to the front of your list. |
Reorder Pinned Live Replays
- Select Live from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select the Live History tab from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Select the blue Pinned Replayed button at the top right corner of the page.
- Use the Drag and Drop icon to reorder the pinned replays.
- Once done, select Save Changes.
Delete Pinned Live Replays
- Select Live from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select the Live History tab from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Select the blue Pinned Replayed button at the top right corner of the page.
- Select the Delete icon next to the live replay you wish to delete.
