In partnership with Trendsi, we’ve identified an effective way to add your Trendsi Shopify Products to your CommentSold dropship inventory in bulk. This is a more efficient, time-saving alternative to adding individual Trendsi products manually and it is ideal for shops with a large number of products to add.
If you are interested in the bulk import option, please follow the steps below.
How Does the Bulk Import Work?
- You will contact Trendsi with your CommentSold Shop ID and request they send a list of your active products to CommentSold.
- We will import the products into your CommentSold dropship inventory.
- Once the import process is completed, we’ll send you an email confirmation. We’ll also include a CSV with products that failed to import. You’ll need to add those products to your CommentSold dropship inventory from Trendsi. We walk through that process here.
Step 1: Set Up CS Payments
CS Payments is required to participate in CommentSold’s Dropship program. In order to move your Trendsi products to CommentSold and sell them on your website and mobile app, you’ll need to be live with CS Payments.
You can learn how to enroll in CS Payments here. We recommend initiating this process as soon as possible as it can take 2-3 business days for your account to be set up.
Step 2: Contact Trendsi and Provide Consent to Data Share
Trendsi requires that all CommmentSold shops wishing to use the bulk import option contact their team and provide consent to release product information in a CSV format.
Please reach out to your Trendsi Account Manager with the below email. You’ll need to include your CommentSold Shop ID number in the email. You can find your CommentSold Sop ID in the top-right corner of your Dropship Settings page.
Hello Trendsi,
My shop name is [insert shop name], my CommentSold Shop ID number is [insert CommentSold ID number], and my Trendsi email is [insert your email/phone number with Trendsi]. We’re looking to transition our products from Shopify to CommentSold. Please download and send CommentSold the relevant data to assist in our transition.

Once you’ve provided consent to Trendsi, they’ll reach out to the CommentSold team with your product data so we can add it to your CommentSold dropship inventory.
Step 3: Manage Trendsi Products in CommentSold
Once you receive confirmation that we’ve imported your Trendsi products, head to your Products page.
If you had previously synced a dropship product via Shopify Sync, then you’ll see two listings for the product: One with the green Dropship tag and another with the Shopify logo in the bottom-right corner of the product image.
Remember, you’ll need to publish the products to your mobile app and/or website to sell them to your customers.

I don’t want duplicate products. Can I delete the Shopify product?
- Once you have disabled Shopify Sync, you can proceed with deleting the Shopify dropship products within CommentSold. If you delete before disabling Shopify Sync, the products will appear in CommentSold again.

Can I edit my dropship products like I can in Shopify?
- Yes! You can make changes to product titles, descriptions, and even images in CommentSold.
