Your CommentSold account includes several product settings and data fields that help you manage inventory, display pricing, and track product performance. Below is an overview of these features and how they behave.
Final Sale
- Checking the Final Sale box in product details adds a Final Sale marker and the text “No returns or exchanges” to the product description.
- This is a labeling function only. It does not prevent your shop from issuing a return or refund if you choose to do so.
- For Shopify or Square synced products, this box is automatically checked if the product title in Shopify or Square contains Final Sale.
- This setting cannot be checked manually in CommentSold.
Strikethrough Pricing
Strikethrough pricing is available for shops with a mobile app and can be enabled under Mobile App > Settings > Strikethrough & Badge.
Expected Behavior:
- Displays the retail price with a line through it and shows the sale price when a sale price is set.
- Appears on both the app and webstore.
- Does not display for:
- Gift cards
- Products with variants that have different prices
Deep Links
Shops can share product deep links directly with customers or through posts. Deep links behave as follows:
- If a customer opens the link on a computer, it directs them to your webstore.
- If a customer opens the link on a phone and has your shop’s app, it redirects them to the app.
- The order will indicate where the product was carted from.
- Deep links work even if the product has not been posted to the app.
Data Columns
Product data columns help you track real-time inventory and customer engagement:

| In Stock | Total number of items currently in stock. |
| In Cart | Total number of items currently in customer carts. |
| In Waitlist | Total number of items customers have waitlisted. |
| In Authorized | Total number of items customers have pre-authorized. |
| In Paid | Number of in-stock items that have been purchased but not yet fulfilled. |
| In Sold | Total number of items sold for all time. |
| On Shelf Count | Items in stock and in carts (not yet purchased). |
| Ordered On Shelf Count | Items in stock and paid for but not yet fulfilled. |
